Surviving the harder fights in Roblox Slayers 2 comes down to what you have stocked in your inventory. Potions are the backbone of that prep work. There are 8 total in the game, split between basic potions and the more powerful elixir variants, and knowing where to get each one before you need it can be the difference between clearing a dungeon and respawning outside it.
What potions are in Slayers 2?
Slayers 2 has 8 potions across health, stamina, and special categories. The basic potions handle immediate needs, the elixirs scale better into mid and late game, and two of the eight stand apart entirely: Muzan's Blood changes your character permanently, and the Underwater Breathing Potion opens up exploration that most players miss early on.
Here's the full breakdown of every potion, what it does, and exactly how to get it:
| Potion | Effect | How to Get | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Health Potion | Restores a small amount of health | Early quests and enemy drops | Free (drops) |
| Health Regen Potion | Regenerates health over time | Rika's Shop, Ouwigahara Dungeon chest, Tier 1 Sealed Cache (25%) | 600 Wen |
| Stamina Regen Potion | Regenerates stamina over time | Rika's Shop, Tier 1 Sealed Cache (20%), Ouwigahara Dungeon chest | 900 Wen |
| Health Elixir | Restores a moderate amount of health | Alchemist Meku (Mistfall Harbor) | 350 Wen |
| Health Regen Elixir | Regenerates health over time | Alchemist Meku, Tier 2 and 3 Sealed Cache (25%), Snow Chests (12%) | 500 Wen |
| Stamina Regen Elixir | Regenerates stamina over time | Alchemist Meku, Tier 2 and 3 Sealed Cache (20%), Snow Chests (10%) | 750 Wen |
| Underwater Breathing Potion | Extends underwater breathing time | Alchemist Meku (Mistfall Harbor) | 600 Wen |
| Muzan's Blood | Transforms the player into a demon | Muzan's Questline reward | Quest only |
Where to buy potions
Two NPCs handle the majority of potion sales in Slayers 2, and they stock different items, so you'll need to visit both depending on what you're after.
Rika's Shop sits near the Windy Peak starting spawn, making it the first vendor most players stumble across. She sells the Health Regen Potion (600 Wen) and the Stamina Regen Potion (900 Wen). The Stamina Regen Potion is her most expensive item at 900 Wen, which stings early on, but stamina management becomes increasingly important as fights get longer.
Alchemist Meku is located in Mistfall Harbor, inside one of the houses just south of Windy Peak. He stocks three items: the Health Elixir at 350 Wen, the Health Regen Elixir at 500 Wen, the Stamina Regen Elixir at 750 Wen, and the Underwater Breathing Potion at 600 Wen. Once you have consistent Wen income, Meku's shop is where you'll spend most of it.

Slayers 2 Guide: How to Get Potions
How to get potions from chests
Buying from NPCs is reliable but costs Wen. Chests offer a free alternative with some RNG attached. There are three chest types worth tracking:
Tier 1 Sealed Cache Chests spawn randomly across the map and are usually guarded by Raiders. They have a 25% chance to drop the Health Regen Potion and a 20% chance for the Stamina Regen Potion. These are solid early-game targets since the potions they drop are otherwise 600 and 900 Wen respectively.
Tier 2 and 3 Sealed Cache Chests drop the elixir tier instead. Both the Health Regen Elixir and Stamina Regen Elixir have a 25% and 20% chance respectively from these chests. Worth farming if you're pushing into tougher content and want to save Wen.
Snow Chests are less reliable but still viable. The Health Regen Elixir drops at 12% and the Stamina Regen Elixir at 10%. Treat these as a bonus rather than a primary source.
Ouwigahara Dungeon Chests can drop both the Health Regen Potion and Stamina Regen Potion. Running the dungeon for other rewards means you'll occasionally pick these up as a side benefit.
What is Muzan's Blood and how do you get it?
Muzan's Blood is in a category by itself. Drinking it turns your character into a demon, which is a permanent transformation with serious gameplay implications. You can't buy it from any shop. The only way to get it is by progressing through Muzan's Questline, which makes it a story-gated item rather than something you can grind for early.
If you're working toward demon status, plan your build around it before you drink. The transformation is not reversible through normal means.
What is the Underwater Breathing Potion used for?
The Underwater Breathing Potion extends how long you can stay underwater. It's worth noting this is not unlimited breathing time, just an extension of the default. At 600 Wen from Alchemist Meku in Mistfall Harbor, it's reasonably priced for what it opens up. Underwater areas in Slayers 2 contain content that's otherwise inaccessible without it, so keep a few in your inventory once you're exploring beyond the starting zones.
Should you prioritize potions or elixirs?
Base potions are fine at low levels, but they fall off fast. The Health Elixir at 350 Wen from Alchemist Meku is actually cheaper than the Health Regen Potion from Rika at 600 Wen, and it's more immediately useful for burst healing during fights. Once you have enough Wen to stock elixirs consistently, there's no reason to keep buying the base versions.
