The Jitterbug Egg is one of the more satisfying secrets hiding inside the Enchanted Forest Biome in Roblox. Getting it requires navigating to a hidden portal, stepping into a secret room, and solving a randomized five-mushroom puzzle before the Band Room unlocks and the Jitterbug NPC hands over both the egg and the Cricket Banjo. The whole sequence takes maybe ten minutes once you know exactly where to go.
You need access to the sealed Enchanted Tree inside the Enchanted Forest Biome before any of this works. If you haven't unlocked it yet, that means completing the Wisp quest chain first. The Wisp quests are what open the tree and make the secret portal accessible. Skipping straight to the portal without finishing that prerequisite just leaves you stuck at a sealed entrance with nothing to interact with.

Steal an Egg Guide: How to Get the Jitterbug Egg & Cricket Banjo
Once you're inside the Enchanted Forest with the tree unlocked, head to the Altar at the center of the area. There's a walkable platform right beside it. Follow that platform upward to the top, then jump left onto the adjacent platform. Walk to the far end of that second platform and you'll find the secret portal, marked by a wind-like icon. Jump into it to teleport directly into the Secret Room.
This is where most players get confused, because the puzzle isn't a fixed sequence. The combination is randomized for every player, so memorizing someone else's order won't work. What you need to understand is the mechanic itself.
The Secret Room contains five colored mushrooms: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, and Purple. Here's the method that works every time:

Get the full five-mushroom chain right and the Band Room opens directly in front of you. Step inside and you'll find a group of NPCs performing as a band, each playing a different instrument. Walk up to the Jitterbug NPC specifically, the one playing the Banjo, and interact with it. That interaction rewards you with both the Jitterbug Egg and the Cricket Banjo.
