Open the Washington, D.C. map and hover over each Propaganda Broadcast icon to confirm the faction. Only True Sons-controlled broadcasts will progress this objective. Broadcasts owned by Hyenas, Outcasts, or Black Tusk will not count.
Once you've found a True Sons broadcast, head to the location, clear the enemies, and interact with the speaker to start the override sequence. Defend through the incoming waves until the activity completes, then repeat at a second True Sons location.

How to complete Objective 2: Black Tusk Drone Operators

You need 5 kills specifically on Black Tusk Drone Operators, not just any Black Tusk enemies. Drone Operators are the ones that actively deploy explosive drones during combat, and destroying the drones themselves does not count toward the objective. You have to take down the operator.
The most reliable spot is the Tidal Basin Stronghold. Black Tusk enemies appear throughout the mission, and Drone Operators show up regularly enough that a single full run can net several kills. If you come up short, the stronghold can be replayed.
Black Tusk-controlled open-world activities and Control Points around D.C. are also valid if you'd rather avoid a full stronghold run, though the Tidal Basin route is more predictable for hitting the 5-kill requirement quickly.
