Who is Sigrika and why does she need so much prep work?
Sigrika is a 5-star Aero Resonator in Wuthering Waves who wields Gauntlets and functions as a main DPS, with her kit built around dealing Echo Skill DMG. She performs well at S0, but maxing her out demands a specific set of materials that are almost entirely locked behind Lahai-Roi content. If you pulled her during version 3.2 Phase 1 and haven't started farming yet, this guide has everything you need to catch up fast.
What ascension materials does Sigrika need?
Sigrika's ascension path requires three distinct material types, plus a significant amount of Shell Credits. According to the Game8 farming guide, the full ascension from level 20 to 90 costs 170,000 Shell Credits in total.
Overworld material: Arithmetic Shell
Arithmetic Shells are gatherable items found exclusively in Lahai-Roi, concentrated in the Royan area of Bjartr Woods, where 52 can be collected. You need a total of 60 Arithmetic Shells to fully ascend Sigrika, so a second source matters.
The NANA vendor inside Startorch Academy's Square sells up to 15 Arithmetic Shells per week for 3,000 Shell Credits each. Factor that into your weekly routine if you're short.
info
Hit the Bjartr Woods spawn points first, then supplement with the weekly NANA shop purchase. You won't need to wait multiple weeks if you start early.
World Boss material: Our Choice
Our Choice drops from the Nameless Explorer, an overworld boss located in the SkyArk Space Station's Blocked Sector inside Mount Gjallar. You need 46 Our Choice for full ascension. The boss is normally accessed after completing Chapter 3 Act 3 of the main quest (The Star That Voyages Far), but Early Access through the Guidebook's Boss Challenge menu lets you fight it before finishing the story.
Enemy drops: Exoswarm Pendants
The four tiers of Exoswarm Pendant drop from Outcast enemies in Lahai-Roi and Roya Frostlands. Specifically, Outcast Executioners and Thundstaff Outcasts are your primary targets. Ascension requires the following:
- Fractured Exoswarm Pendant x4
- Worn Exoswarm Pendant x12
- Chipped Exoswarm Pendant x12
- Intact Exoswarm Pendant x4

Your SOL3 Phase (world level) gates which ascension tiers you can unlock. Phase 2 opens the cap to 40, Phase 3 to 60, Phase 5 to 70, Phase 6 to 80, and Phase 7 to 90. Ascending also raises Sigrika's Forte skill level caps and unlocks new Skill Tree nodes.
What Forte materials does Sigrika need?
Forte upgrades are the expensive part. Fully maxing all of Sigrika's Forte skills costs 2,030,000 Shell Credits, making Shell Credit farming a real priority. The materials come from two main sources.
Waveworn Shards from Forgery Challenges
Sigrika uses Gauntlets, so her Forte materials come from the Lesson in Void Forgery Challenge domain in Lahai-Roi. A useful bonus: running this domain also drops Exoswarm Pendants passively, so you're farming two material categories at once.
Total Waveworn Shard requirements across all Forte upgrades:
- LF Waveworn Shard x25
- MF Waveworn Shard x28
- HF Waveworn Shard x55
- FF Waveworn Shard x67
Weekly Boss material: Gold in Memory
Gold in Memory drops from Sigillum, the weekly boss found through the Gate of the Lost Star portal in Tidelost Forest, northwest of the Resonance Nexus. You need 26 Gold in Memory total for full Forte completion. Like the Nameless Explorer, Early Access through the Guidebook lets you challenge Sigillum before finishing the relevant main quest chapter.
warning
Gold in Memory is gated by the weekly boss reset. Plan your Waveplates around claiming it every week, since 26 copies take several weeks to accumulate even with consistent farming.

Total Forte enemy drop requirements
- Fractured Exoswarm Pendant x25
- Worn Exoswarm Pendant x28
- Chipped Exoswarm Pendant x40
- Intact Exoswarm Pendant x57
Combined with ascension needs, you're looking at 29 Fractured, 40 Worn, 52 Chipped, and 61 Intact Exoswarm Pendants across the full build. Outcast farming in Lahai-Roi will take multiple sessions.
Which Resonance Chain nodes are worth pulling for?
According to Sportskeeda's Resonance Chain guide, S2, S3, and S6 are Sigrika's strongest nodes, with S2 and S3 being the most practical stopping point for players not going all the way to S6.
All six Sequence Nodes explained
S2 delivers a 120% boost to Sigrika's nuke damage through her Forte Circuit, which is her primary damage window. S3 doubles the DMG Amplification uptime by letting Innate Gift? stacks persist through her rotation. Together, they represent a meaningful damage increase without requiring S6 investment.
S6 is genuinely strong, with a 30% universal damage increase plus stacking DEF penetration, but the cost of reaching it from S0 is steep. S0 is still completely viable for all content.
info
Sigrika's S4 benefits the whole team whenever any party member uses an Echo Skill, making her a passive team buffer even at that node. If you're running an Echo Skill-heavy team, S4 has real value beyond just personal damage.
Farming priority checklist
Here's the order to tackle Sigrika's materials based on weekly resets and Waveplate efficiency:
- Weekly reset: Claim Gold in Memory from Sigillum every week without fail.
- Waveplates: Spend on Lesson in Void Forgery Challenge for Waveworn Shards and bonus Exoswarm Pendants.
- Free roam: Collect Arithmetic Shells in Bjartr Woods and buy 15 more from NANA weekly.
- Free roam: Farm Outcast Executioners and Thundstaff Outcasts for Exoswarm Pendants whenever Waveplates run low.
- Boss runs: Challenge the Nameless Explorer for Our Choice using Early Access if you haven't finished Chapter 3.
