Not every Honey Swirl in the area contains a toy. The two you need look visually different from the others because you can see the item inside the swirl itself. Scout the area and target the swirls that have something visible inside them rather than clearing every single one.
How to catch the Toy Butterfly
The third toy, the Toy Butterfly, doesn't sit still. It flies around Drowsybloom Acre and you have to chase it down. If you're finding it difficult to close the gap, cooking and eating Honeyglow Woods meals can grant you the gliding ability, which significantly increases your movement speed and makes the chase much more manageable.
How to craft a Honeyglow Flower Pot
Once the area is cleaner, you need to craft a Honeyglow Flower Pot to decorate with. Any of the four variants counts, so pick whichever one you have the materials for.
Every recipe costs one Golden Honey, so make sure you have at least one in your inventory before heading to the crafting table. The Thistle and Foxglove variants differ by color, so grab whichever matching pair you already have on hand.

How to decorate Drowsybloom Acre
With the flower pot crafted, it's time to actually decorate. The quest requires you to place all of the following in Drowsybloom Acre:

- 12 paths

How to find the toy inside Pooh's house
The clean-up continues indoors. Head inside Winnie the Pooh's house and look for another corrupted Honey Swirl. Clear it to collect one more toy. After that, you'll have gathered everything you need to restore Pooh's shelves.
How to put the toys back on their shelves
With all the toys collected, interact with the four sparkling spots inside Pooh's house to return each toy to its proper place on the shelves. These spots are spread around the interior, so check every corner until all four have been activated.
How to open the locked green chest
While returning the toys, you'll notice something wedged under the bed. Talk to Pooh about it, then approach the sparkling spot on the right side of the bed. Use a piece of Driftwood to pry the object loose. A locked green chest will appear nearby.
Pooh suggests the Toy Butterfly might hold the answer. Walk to the wooden shelf in the back corner of the house, pick up the Toy Butterfly, and bring it to Pooh.
Take the Toy Butterfly outside and follow it through Drowsybloom Acre. It leads you to a spot just to the left of the wishing well, where a sparkling golden key is waiting on the ground. Pick up the Butterfly Key, return to Pooh's house, and use it on the green chest to open it.
