Pocahontas's first friendship quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley asks you to help her build a traditional Native American three sisters garden in the valley, and it has more moving parts than it looks. You'll need to gather materials, track down missing seeds that WALL-E apparently wandered off with, cook a meal from scratch, and finish with a picnic setup. This guide walks through every step so nothing catches you off guard.
What do you need to start the Three Sisters Garden quest?
This quest unlocks after you bring Pocahontas to the valley. She only needs to be at friendship level 2, which you can reach quickly by gifting her three favorite items on any given day. Once she's settled in, she'll ask you to help set up her garden.
The first task is gathering materials to craft the Garden Setup at any crafting station.

Softwood spawns on the ground near trees, so walk the edges of those biomes and you'll fill your stack fast. Pebbles take longer if you're only checking one area, so hit Dazzle Beach and Forest of Valor together since you'll be heading to both anyway.

After crafting the Garden Setup, bring it to Pocahontas inside her Yehakin. Check your map for the house marked with a purple circle if you forgot where you placed it.
What happens after you meet Pocahontas in her Yehakin?
Pocahontas notices her seeds are gone. The tracks in the dirt point to one culprit: WALL-E. Head to his house (also marked with a purple circle on your map) and chat with him. He took the seeds to plant them, which is very on-brand.
After talking to WALL-E, Pocahontas sends you out to gather fertilization materials before you can retrieve the seeds.

- 5 Seaweed - Fish for this anywhere in the valley
- 2 Shrimp - Caught from blue or white ripple spots around Dazzle Beach
You can fish the blue ripples on Dazzle Beach specifically for Shrimp and outside the ripples for Seaweed. Bring both back to Pocahontas before moving on.

Where are the Three Sisters Seeds in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
This is the part that trips people up. Head to the Forest of Valor and search along the river that runs through the biome. Pocahontas remembers planting the seeds near this river, and that's exactly where they are.
All three seeds are on the southern side of the river. One is on the left side of the bridge and the other two are on the right side. Dig up sparkling spots with your Royal Shovel to find them.
Exact spawn locations can vary slightly between players, so if you don't find all three in one pass, start from one end of the river and work your way to the other end systematically.
Once you have all three seeds, hand them over to Pocahontas.
How to grow and cook with the Three Sisters Seeds
Plant the seeds in any three dug-up spots anywhere in the valley. Water them and wait 5 minutes for them to grow. If you'd rather not wait, an elixir can speed up crop growth instantly.
Harvest the grown crops, then gather the remaining cooking ingredients.

- Three Sisters Harvest (from the seeds you just grew)
- 3 Onions - Buy seeds from Goofy's stall in the Forest of Valor biome, then grow them. Onions take about 1 hour 15 minutes normally, or 1 hour 7 minutes if planted in Forest of Valor.
- 3 Spices - Found wild in most biomes. Basil, Oregano, Dill, Cumin, Mint, Nutmeg, Garlic, and Ginger all count.
Head to any cooking station and use the Succotash recipe: one Three Sisters Harvest, one Onion, one Spice per meal. Cook all three portions and bring them to Pocahontas.
How do you finish the Three Sisters Garden quest?
With the meals delivered, the final step is placing the Powhatan Picnic furniture item. Open your inventory, go to the Furniture tab, and find it under Pocahontas's quest icon. Place it anywhere in your village, then talk to Pocahontas one last time. That conversation wraps up the quest and locks in your friendship progress with her.
