Chloe's collectibles in Life Is Strange: Reunion work differently from Max's Polaroid spots, and that difference catches a lot of players off guard. Instead of snapping photos, you're hunting for physical objects that spark Chloe's artistic instincts — then triggering a sketch. There are 7 of these inspiration items spread across the game, and grabbing every one unlocks the Drugstore Makeup Achievement or Trophy. Miss them all and you'll need to replay scenes, though the game's Exploration Mode makes that painless.
How do Chloe's sketch collectibles work?
Most sketch spots require two actions: examine the object first, then choose the sketch option. If you skip the examination step and try to sketch immediately, several of them won't register. Once you've saved a sketch to Chloe's collection, it's permanent — so you can bail to the main menu right after snagging one during a replay.
The Exploration Mode scene selector saves you from having to replay entire chapters. You can jump straight to the scene you need and grab whatever you missed.
All 7 Chloe collectible locations
Quick reference before the detailed breakdowns:
Collectible 1: Circle of Life (Bar Break In)
At the beginning of the Bar Break In scene, you're standing outside the Snapping Turtle bar. Before you head inside, circle around to the right side of the building toward the employee entrance. There's a garbage can next to that door with an animal skull sitting inside. Examine it, then sketch.

Collectible 2: Tip from the Rogue Bar Artist (Lying And Waiting)
During Lying And Waiting, Chloe sits at the bar in first-person view while talking with Lucas and Amanda. Glance slightly left and you'll see the blue Snapping Turtle coaster. Examine it, then flip it over to reveal a sketch on the back. That hidden drawing triggers the collectible.
Collectible 3: Young Yet Beautiful (The Overlight)
Once you can move freely in Moses' office during The Overlight, go upstairs. Near the top of the staircase, there's a cherry tree beside the window. Examine it twice — once to look, once to sketch.

Collectible 4: Too Soon To Be Spooky (Times In Turtle)
The Times In Turtle scene alternates between Max and Chloe. During Chloe's section, you're exploring the Snapping Turtle interior. Look for the pumpkins sitting next to the brewing room. The jack-o'-lantern among them is the inspiration. Examine it to unlock the sketch.
Collectible 5: Taste of the Psychedelic (Mabon)
Chloe's portion of the Mabon scene has her investigating the basement of the Abraxas house and finding the secret entrance to the Hall of Secrets. Right at the entrance to that hall, there's a vinyl record on the floor. Examine it and flip it over to see the artwork on the back, which triggers the sketch.
Collectible 6: Hiding In Plain Sight (Chloe's Decision)
Right before the protest in Chloe's Decision, you spend time inside the Snapping Turtle. Look up at the rafters. There's a gnome staring down at you from above, positioned directly over a group of three people. This one is easy to miss because almost nothing else in the game makes you look at the ceiling.
This is also the scene where you can unlock the Not a Rat Trophy or Achievement by convincing Joey you're part of the protest, so take your time here.
Collectible 7: Cycles of Tragedy (Keeping Watch)
The final sketch is on the rooftop of the Observatory during Keeping Watch, when Chloe returns there with Moses. Walk over to the picnic tables near the red railing. On one of the tables, alongside some blue med kits, there's a book. Examine it, read it, set it back down, and the sketch option appears.
Grabbing this last one completes the Drugstore Makeup Trophy or Achievement. If you've also finished Max's photo collectibles, the All These Memories Trophy or Achievement will pop at the same time.
What happens if you miss a collectible?
Nothing is permanently locked out. Life Is Strange: Reunion lets you return to any scene through Exploration Mode from the main menu. Select the scene you need, grab the sketch you missed, and back out. The collection saves immediately, so you don't need to play through to the end of a scene again.
Tips for a clean collectible run
- Play slowly during Chloe's scenes specifically. Max's sections don't contain Chloe's sketch spots, so you can move faster through those.
- The coaster (collectible 2) and the gnome (collectible 6) are the two most commonly missed items based on player reports after launch.
- You can collect all 7 across a single playthrough without any missables in the traditional sense, as long as you explore thoroughly during each Chloe segment.
- Life Is Strange: Reunion launched on March 26, 2026, developed by Deck Nine and published by Square Enix, earning a 100% critic recommendation rate on OpenCritic with a top critic average of 85/100 — so the game is worth taking your time with regardless.
