Baseball Cards are the most plentiful collectibles in Mouse: P.I. For Hire, and also the most rewarding. Every card you find goes straight into your deck for the bar minigame, and winning that minigame 20 times unlocks an exclusive weapon you cannot get any other way. That makes these worth hunting down even if you have zero interest in 100% completion.
The problem is that these cards are tiny. They hide under platforms, behind locked doors, inside jail cells, and underwater. Expect to find two to four per mission, and expect to miss at least a few on your first run. The good news: you can buy any card you missed after completing the mission it appeared in. The bad news: money is limited throughout the game, and the minigame itself costs $50 per session, so every card you find for free matters.
Prioritize finding cards in-mission rather than buying them later. The $50-per-game minigame cost adds up fast, and you will need those funds for other expenses.
Why should you collect every Baseball Card?
Beyond the secret weapon unlock tied to 20 minigame wins, there is a dedicated achievement for collecting every card in the game. The cards themselves are also the only collectible type that feeds directly into an in-game activity with mechanical rewards. Every other collectible is purely cosmetic or story-flavored. These are not.

All Baseball Card locations by mission
The guide below covers every mission in order. Each entry lists the card's player name and the exact steps to reach it, based on documented locations from community testing.
The Vanishing Act
Gumshoe In The Opera
The Bartholomew Creasley card is easy to spot from the fence but impossible to reach without the double jump. Do not try to sequence-break it.
Bandel's Laboratory

Projector room hidden card spot
A Bit Of A Scene
Cheesball Sub
Do not skip the lock-picking step here. The locker room is completely inaccessible without it, and the card will not appear anywhere else in the mission.
"Once Upon A Time..." By Tinsel Bros.
Saltwater Cambozo
The Johnny "Blaze" Sweets card is underwater, so time your dive carefully. The air meter is unforgiving, and you do not want to drown chasing a collectible.
A Bit Of Curd And Pepper
Damp Evidence
What happens after you collect all the Baseball Cards?
Every card you collect gets added to your deck for the Baseball Cards minigame at the bar. The minigame costs $50 per session, but a larger deck improves your odds. Win 20 times and you unlock an exclusive weapon that has no other acquisition path in the game. There is also a separate achievement tied to collecting every single card across all missions.
Any cards you miss during a mission can be purchased afterward, but given the game's limited economy, treating the in-mission hunts as your primary source is the smarter play. Spending money on buybacks means less budget for minigame sessions, which delays the weapon unlock.
