ARC Raiders hotfix 2.4.1 began rolling out on November 5, 2026, fixing the Seed Vault extraction bug, Ballistic Gondola invisibility, and several causes of Xbox crashes. Embark Studios also corrected invisible collisions inside residential buildings and added Ukrainian as a supported language.
The update arrives shortly after the game’s first anniversary. Embark developed and published ARC Raiders, which launched on October 30, 2025, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Extraction, visibility, and Xbox fixes
The Seed Vault extraction fix closes an access bug: players could enter the extraction point while it was supposed to be closed. Hotfix 2.4.1 prevents players from entering under that condition.
A separate fix addresses the Ballistic Gondola. Leaving the transport could cause a player to become invisible, and the patch corrects that exit-related glitch. This is separate from the invisible collision problems also addressed in the update.
The remaining technical fixes cover two areas:
- Residential buildings: Several invisible collision issues inside these buildings have been corrected.
- Xbox stability: Embark fixed several issues responsible for crashes on Xbox consoles.
ARC Raiders’ extraction shooter structure centers on scavenging valuable resources and getting them out of dangerous zones. Players belong to a resistance movement on a ravaged future Earth, facing the mechanical threat known as ARC alongside other player groups. Human cooperation and competition are both part of survival.
Ukrainian support and Steam setup
Hotfix 2.4.1 includes Ukrainian among the game’s supported languages.
On Steam, players can change the language through the game’s properties:
- Open the Steam library and find ARC Raiders in the list of games.
- Open the game’s Properties window.
- Select the Language tab.
- Choose Ukrainian from the language options.

Following the Frozen Trail update
The hotfix follows the much larger ARC Raiders Frozen Trail update, which Embark described as its biggest patch since release. Frozen Trail introduced the Pendola Pass map, several new enemies, and mechanics for building an outpost. Hotfix 2.4.1 focuses on technical corrections and language support.
Steam activity reached around 185,000 concurrent players during the October update, following a significant decline in PC activity over the summer. By the time of the hotfix, daily peaks on Steam were hovering around 68,000. Those figures are Steam activity numbers.
