Pokémon Pokopia’s second DLC, Dazzling Decorations, launches on December 9, 2026, for Nintendo Switch 2. The Pokémon Company announced the date on November 4, setting the schedule for the next installment in the game’s three-part Expansion Pass.
The release adds accessories for Ditto and befriended Pokémon, alongside new furniture and more creatures to meet.
Bows, sunglasses, and more Pokémon
The accessory selection includes bows, hats, and sunglasses. A bow modeled after Sylveon and sunglasses for Squirtle are among the examples shown, with matching accessories available for Ditto and other Pokémon.
Pokémon shown for Dazzling Decorations include:
- Doduo
- Skitty
- Braixen
- Snubbull
- Sylveon
The base game’s crafting and building systems are covered in our Pokémon Pokopia review. Developed by Game Freak and Koei Tecmo Games, the life simulation puts players in control of a Ditto in human form, using crafting materials and moves borrowed from visiting creatures to build a sanctuary for wild Pokémon.
How it fits into the Expansion Pass
The first installment, Pokémon Pokopia’s Bubbly Basin DLC, launched on August 5, 2026. It introduced an underwater town, with Ditto learning a dive transformation from Manaphy and helping improve the aquatic village.
Bubbly Basin also brought a water-themed selection of Pokémon, though its additions were not restricted to Water types. Malamar was among the creatures included in that earlier expansion.
Part 3 is scheduled for 2027 and will add another town to explore and rebuild.
