How to complete Echo's quest and claim the Haunted Rod
Once all four items are in your inventory, return to Echo in the Graveyard. Talk to the ghost pup, and Echo will lead you to the Ghost Fisherman. Interact with the Ghost Fisherman one more time, and he hands over the Haunted Rod as your reward.
