Artifacts are one of the most impactful stat-boosting systems in Sailor Piece on Roblox. Unlike Cosmetics or Blessings, this system requires a bit of setup before drops even start appearing. You need to hit specific milestones, talk to the right NPC, and then actively farm to build out your collection. The payoff is real, though: properly leveled Artifacts stack damage, crit chance, crit damage, and survivability in ways that matter for late-game content.
How to unlock Artifacts in Sailor Piece
Artifact drops are not active by default. Before any mob or boss drops an Artifact, you need to meet all three of the following requirements:
- Reach Level 2,500
- Have 500,000 Money
- Have 500 Gems
Once you hit those thresholds, head to Snow Island and talk to the Artifacts NPC to enable drops. You can also toggle this through the Artifacts tab in your Inventory. After activation, every mob, mini-boss, and World Boss in the game becomes a potential Artifact source.
You must actively enable Artifact drops after meeting the requirements. Simply reaching Level 2,500 does not start drops automatically.

What are the Artifact sets and where do they drop?
There are five Artifact sets in Sailor Piece, each tied to specific farming zones. World Bosses have a small chance to drop any set, but the primary sources are the regular mobs and mini-bosses at each location.
Every set contains four pieces: Helmet, Gloves, Body, and Boots. Equipping 2 or 4 pieces from the same set activates a Set Bonus, which you can preview directly in the Artifacts menu before committing to a loadout.
If you are farming for a specific set bonus, stick to the dedicated zone for that set rather than relying on World Boss drops. The targeted drop rate from zone mobs is significantly more consistent.
What stats do Artifacts give?
Each equipped Artifact piece buffs one Main Stat and one Sub Stat. The Main Stat is locked per piece type, while the Sub Stat is drawn from a shared pool across all pieces.
The Body piece is the most flexible slot since its Main Stat can roll as any stat in the game. Prioritize getting a high-rarity Body piece with a Main Stat that complements your build.
The Main Stat cannot appear again as a Sub Stat on the same piece. If your Boots roll Damage as the Main Stat, Damage will not show up in that piece's Sub Stat pool.
How to upgrade Artifacts in Sailor Piece
Opening the Artifacts Menu and selecting any piece brings up an upgrade panel on the right side of the screen. Hit the Upgrade button next to the Equip button, and a pop-up will appear where you add Dust using the + button.

- Maximum artifact level is Level 15
- It takes 287 Dust to take any artifact from Level 0 to Level 15
You can upgrade one artifact at a time or batch-upgrade up to 50 artifacts simultaneously if you have enough Dust

How to get Dust in Sailor Piece
Dust comes exclusively from deleting (selling) unwanted Artifacts. The more you farm and discard, the faster your Dust accumulates. A few things worth knowing:
- Legendary Artifacts give 24 Dust when sold, the highest of any rarity
- Dust is non-tradeable and does not appear in your regular inventory
- Check your current Dust total through the Artifact Upgrade menu, not the standard inventory screen
The math here is straightforward: if you are targeting Level 15 on four pieces simultaneously, you need 1,148 Dust minimum. That means a lot of farming and a lot of selling low-value drops. Prioritize keeping pieces with strong Sub Stat rolls and sell everything else.
How to get higher rarity Artifacts in Sailor Piece
When you first unlock the system, 90% of drops are Common rarity. That changes as you build up your Artifact Collection Progress.
Head back to Snow Island and find the Artifact Milestone NPC, standing right next to the standard Artifacts NPC. Talking to him opens the Artifact Collection Progress menu. This tracks your progress from Level 0 to Level 40, and each level increases the drop rate of Rare, Epic, and Legendary pieces.
You earn 1 Data Rank EXP per Artifact collected, regardless of rarity. Every Artifact you pick up counts, so high-volume farming zones are your best friend early on.
Progressing through the milestone levels also unlocks bonus rewards including Race Rerolls, Trait Rerolls, and Haki Color Rerolls. These are worth the grind on their own.
Legendary Artifacts have the highest stat values and give the most Dust when sold (24 per piece). Once your Collection Progress is high enough to see Legendary drops regularly, your Dust income will increase substantially.
