Sailor Piece Guide: How to Get Ice Queen Sword

The Ice Queen update dropped a serious late-game weapon into Sailor Piece, and it's one of the better additions the game has seen. Based on Esdeath from Akame ga Kill!, the Ice Queen sword brings AOE-heavy attacks, a craftable F move that hits 100 billion damage, and a matching Mythical outfit that stacks defense and damage at the same time. Getting all of it takes focused farming, but the payoff is worth the grind.

What do you need to get the Ice Queen sword?

The sword is not a random drop. You purchase it from the Esdeath NPC on Boss Island, located just to the right of the Blessed Maiden NPC behind the boss spawn area. The NPC wears a white outfit with a pirate hat and has a red question mark above its head.

Here is every material required, according to Beebom and Pro Game Guides:

  • Frost Empress title (0.65% drop rate, 155 pity)
  • 1x Ice Core (0.4% drop rate)
  • 4x Frozen Brand (1% drop rate)
  • 9x Glacier Remnant (4% drop rate)
  • 17x Battle Shard (13% drop rate)
  • 25x Frost Relic
  • 40,000 Gems

All materials except Frost Relic drop from the Ice Queen boss itself. Frost Relics are a legendary item that drops from any mob in the game, with higher-level enemies offering better odds. Lawless Island and Ninja Island are solid farming spots for these, especially with the Auto Skill feature active.

Once you have everything, head to Boss Island, walk under the hand statue on the right side, approach the Esdeath NPC, and spend the materials plus 40,000 Gems to receive the sword.

You can also skip the farming entirely by purchasing the sword directly from the in-game shop for 1,399 Robux. There is also a bundle that includes the Ice Queen outfit for 1,349 Robux, offered at a limited-time discount.

How to summon the Ice Queen boss

The Boss Summoner NPC on Boss Island handles all boss spawns. Interact with it, scroll to the Ice Queen entry, select your difficulty, and hit the Spawn button. Each difficulty tier costs a different amount of resources:

Higher difficulties increase drop rates across the board, so once your damage output is strong enough to clear Hard or Extreme quickly, those tiers become more efficient for farming materials.

If you're low on Frost Relics, Pro Game Guides suggests waiting on Boss Island for another player to spawn the boss. You can still collect drops from a kill you didn't pay to summon.

How to beat the Ice Queen boss faster

The boss has enormous HP even on Normal difficulty at 1.65 billion. A few things help cut the fight time down:

  • Equip the best damage build available to you, including strong swords and fighting styles.
  • Stack luck buffs from titles, clans, and races to improve material drop rates alongside damage.
  • Use artifacts and accessories to pad your HP, since the boss hits hard.
  • Upgrade your skill tree and complete ascension for stat improvements before farming seriously.

For the Ice Queen Outfit specifically, Normal difficulty is actually the better farming choice. The outfit drops at roughly 1%, and faster kills on Normal mean more attempts per hour than slower Hard or Extreme runs. After 25 kills, you're guaranteed a Mythical-rarity drop (Ice Queen Outfit, Frozen Brand, or Ice Core).

How to unlock the Ice Queen F move

The F move is where the sword goes from strong to absurd. Unlocking it adds a +30% damage bonus to the weapon on top of the existing moveset, and the move itself deals 100 billion damage while summoning an ice blizzard that covers a wide AOE for an extended duration.

To unlock it, you need to speak to the Ice Queen F Move Mastery NPC, which stands on top of the hand statue on the right side of Boss Island. The requirements are:

  • Frostbane Clan (mythical rarity, obtained through clan rerolls)
  • Ice Queen sword (already owned)
  • 2x Ice Core
  • 10x Frozen Brand
  • 85x Frost Relic

Frostbane is the hardest requirement here. It's a mythical clan, so expect to burn through multiple rerolls. Redeeming active Sailor Piece codes is the fastest way to stockpile clan rerolls without spending Robux.

Ice Queen moveset and damage values

Here is the complete moveset based on Beebom's documented stats:

The V and F moves are your primary boss-killing tools. The Z and X moves work well for clearing groups, while C gives you a reliable AOE option with decent damage for its cooldown. The F move's 100 billion damage output is what makes this sword worth the grind for late-game content.

Ice Queen Outfit stats

The outfit drops separately from the sword at roughly a 1% rate per boss kill. It's a Mythical-rarity accessory with strong numbers at both default and max enchant levels:

The jump from E0 to E10 is significant, especially the damage reduction going from 15% to 35%. Enchanting the outfit should be a priority once you have it. Running the outfit alongside the sword gives you the full Ice Queen setup, which stacks offense and defense in a way that holds up well in late-game boss encounters.

The Ice Queen sword is one of the stronger late-game weapons available right now. The F move alone justifies the grind, and the outfit's defensive stats make it a practical choice rather than just a cosmetic flex. Start farming Frost Relics early, plan for both the sword and mastery unlock costs together, and run Normal difficulty for outfit drops until your damage is high enough to make Hard feel fast.
