Where do Spider Lilies spawn?

The flowers can technically appear anywhere on the map during nighttime, but two areas have the highest concentration of reliable spawn points: Bamboo Grove Sanctuary and the outer edges of Hidden Mist Village. Spending your time anywhere else is a waste of runs.

Bamboo Grove Sanctuary spawns (primary farming area)

This is where you want to spend most of your time. Multiple spawn points sit within a short run of each other near the lake, river, and water training spot on the sanctuary's outskirts.

Pull your camera out as far as it goes when searching. Spider Lilies glow bright blue against dark grass, so you are looking for a light source rather than scanning the ground inch by inch.

Hidden Mist Village spawns (secondary area)

These are worth checking after clearing Bamboo Grove, especially if spawns there are already picked clean by other players.

• Outside the village near a flower-covered ledge, one or two lilies can appear around the flowers.
• Travel slightly south from that ledge to reach the Thunder King Zentaro NPC. A large pillar stands beside him, and a Spider Lily can spawn directly behind it.

How to pick up a Spider Lily

Walk up to any glowing blue flower until the prompt "T Spider Lily Pick Up" appears above it, then press T. The flower bursts into blue and yellow particles, disappears from the ground, and your quest counter ticks up by one. That counter increment is your confirmation the pickup registered.

Spawns refresh on their own after a short wait, so clearing one cluster and standing nearby for a few seconds can produce another flower before you move on.

What is the fastest farming route?

Treat this like a farming circuit, not a scavenger hunt. Run the same spawn points in the same order every time.

• From the main town, take the dirt track west through the Wilderness toward Bamboo Grove.
• Pass through the bear area and drop directly over the cliff edges toward the river. The drop deals no fall damage and saves time.
• Continue north past the Yahari world boss spawn until the bamboo thickens and the river appears. Check the grass beside the bamboo stalks on the near bank.
• Cross to the small river island and activate the pink crystal to lock in your spawn point.
• Sweep the island, then head west over the fallen tree trunk toward the bridge.
• Drop beneath the bridge and check both sides. Two spawns sit under there and are easy to miss if you stay on the bridge.
• Follow the cliff base west, then use Wall Climb (unlocked at Windy Peak) to scale the rock wall up to the plateau. The final spawn sits between the lone tree and the pink flower patch at the top.

How do you reset Spider Lily spawns faster?

Once the entire loop is clear, server hopping is the fastest reset available. Open the Roblox menu, leave the game, and rejoin. Because your spawn is already set at the sanctuary crystal, you land directly at the farming area and can run the loop again from the river island onward.

Two or three full laps of this circuit is typically enough to hit 9/9. If public servers keep producing empty spots because other players are farming the same areas, a private server removes that competition entirely.

Completing Muzan's quest after collecting the flowers

Reaching 9/9 Spider Lilies advances the quest automatically. From there, the remaining objective involves finding and delivering Dr. Higoshima to Muzan. Once that step is done, Muzan provides Muzan's Blood. Drinking it triggers the full demon transformation and unlocks Blood Demon Arts.
