Your Bizarre Adventure X Tusks Act 4

Tusk Act 4 is the final evolution of Johnny Joestar's Stand in Roblox Your Bizarre Adventure, and it earns its reputation as one of the most distinct Stands in the game. Between walking through time stop, bypassing damage redirection, and packing a beatdown that used to be the longest in YBA history, Act 4 plays nothing like its earlier forms. Getting the most out of it takes more than just unlocking it, though. You need to know exactly how to spend your 60 skill points, which combos hold up in real PvP, and where the Stand genuinely falls short.

How do you get Tusk Act 4?

Evolving into Tusk Act 4 requires three things at once: Tusk Act 3, the Pelvis of the Saint's Corpse, and Spin with Worthiness V. There is no shortcut here. You cannot use the Pelvis without having Spin active and Worthiness maxed to the fifth tier. If you are grinding Steel Ball Run to collect Saint's Corpse parts, keep in mind that Tusk Act 4 is classified as a Requiem Stand, which means it is banned from Casual Steel Ball Run matches once you have it.

Full ability breakdown

Tusk Act 4 has 60 total skill points to distribute, and every ability costs points to unlock before you can use it. Here is what each move does at full investment:

Passive: Infinite Rotation

This is what separates Tusk Act 4 from nearly every other Stand in YBA. Infinite Rotation lets you walk for 3 to 5 seconds inside a time stop, which means opponents using The World or Star Platinum: The World cannot simply freeze you out of a fight. The passive also bypasses all damage redirection abilities, with D4C: Love Train being the most relevant example. The only thing that can still hurt you through Infinite Rotation's redirect bypass is status damage like bleed or poison.

Arigato Gyro: the beatdown explained

Arigato Gyro (keyed to G) is the centerpiece of Tusk Act 4's kit and one of the most recognizable moves in all of YBA. The full sequence runs 14 to 15 seconds: an opening punch dealing 7.3 damage, a long beatdown at 0.3 damage per hit, three punches at 5.9 each, another beatdown phase at 0.6 per hit for 4 to 5 seconds, then a finishing punch with variable damage based on the target's remaining health. The total minimum damage across the full sequence is 48. The move is perfect blockable, so landing it requires either a confirmed combo or catching someone off guard. Its listed cooldown is 85 seconds, but because the beatdown itself runs so long, the actual cooldown you feel in practice is closer to 62 seconds.

How should you build the skill tree?

With 60 points total, you cannot max everything. The order below reflects what delivers the most consistent PvP value based on how the Stand actually plays.

Priority 1: Core unlocks (spend first)

  • Nail Shots: 2 points
  • Wormhole Uppercut: 3 points
  • Fingernail Glide: 3 points
  • Arigato Gyro: 4 points
  • Tea Time: 3 points
  • Infinite Rotation: 4 points

Priority 2: Damage and survivability

  • Destructive Power I through IV: 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 14 points total
  • Acquired Taste I through III: 2 + 3 + 4 = 9 points total

Priority 3: Utility

  • Golden Rectangle Nail: 3 points
  • Wormhole Nails: 3 points
  • Wormhole Nail Upgrade I and II: 2 + 3 = 5 points
  • Glide Upgrade I through III: 1 + 2 + 2 = 5 points
  • Infinite Rotation Mastery: 2 points

What are the best combos for Tusk Act 4?

After running Tusk Act 4 through extended PvP sessions, two combo routes stand out as the most reliable:

Combo 1 (high damage, requires setup):

  • M1 x4, Nail Shots, M1 x4, Wormhole Uppercut, Arigato Gyro on getup

Combo 2 (easy to execute, spammable):

  • Wormhole Nails, Wormhole Uppercut

Combo 2 is the go-to for newer players because the execution is straightforward. The catch is that it falls apart completely if your opponent blocks Wormhole Nails. Combo 1 deals significantly more damage but requires you to land all four M1s in the opener without the opponent escaping or countering.

Nail Glide approach tricks

One of the more underrated tools in the kit is Nail Glide combined with an immediate follow-up. Gliding directly at an opponent and canceling into Boxing's Jawbreaker (if you run Boxing as your spec) catches most players off guard because the Nail Glide animation does not telegraph a melee strike. This works especially well against players who are used to treating Tusk Act 4 purely as a ranged Stand.

What are Tusk Act 4's weaknesses?

For all its strengths, Tusk Act 4 has real counters that become more pronounced against experienced players.

Blocking and counter moves are the biggest problem. A large portion of Tusk Act 4's damage comes from blockable moves, including Nail Shots, Golden Rectangle Nail, and Arigato Gyro. Against a player who blocks consistently and uses counter abilities, your damage output drops substantially. The Barrage Finisher breaks blocks, but landing it mid-fight against someone actively defending is harder than it looks on paper.

Requiem Stand restrictions mean you lose access to Casual Steel Ball Run, which cuts off one of the main game modes for grinding.

Skins worth knowing about

Tusk Act 4 has four skins with different rarity tiers:

The Wendigo skin sits in a separate category entirely. On the most widely referenced YBA tier list, it carries a value of 250 Lucky Arrows, making it the most valuable Stand skin in the game.

Where does Tusk Act 4 fit in the broader YBA meta?

Tusk Act 4 occupies a niche that no other Stand in YBA fills the same way. The time stop mobility from Infinite Rotation and the Love Train bypass make it genuinely threatening against Stands that would otherwise shut down most of the roster. Its weaknesses are real but manageable with the right spec pairing and smart combo execution.
