How do Text Log locations work in Saros?

Text Logs don't spawn randomly in the sense that their position changes every run. According to IGN's wiki, the locations are tied to set spots on the map, such as side camps or points along the main path, but the map layout itself is randomized. That means a Text Log might appear in a different physical location between runs, but it will always be at a recognizable type of location.
