There are two ways to get your hands on the Web Shooters: find a Spider-Man Backpack scattered across the island, or buy them directly from the Spider-Man NPC.

Backpacks spawn webbed to walls and cliffs around the Chapter 7 Season 3 island. Walk up to one and interact with it to claim the Web Shooters. Some backpacks are elevated, but nearby cobwebs let you jump up and reach them without needing another mobility item first. Spawns are randomized, so there's no single guaranteed backpack location, but they're spread widely enough that you'll typically find one during a normal drop.

- Hold right-click (or LT/L2 on controller) to aim at a surface
- Press left-click (or RT/R2) to fire a web at that surface
- Move your character forward and steer with your movement keys while swinging
- Fire new webs at surfaces ahead of you continuously to maintain and build speed
- If you drop low enough to touch the ground, your character runs along it and carries forward momentum

The Web Shooters are mythic rarity, which means they carry infinite ammo. You'll never run dry mid-chase or mid-escape. There's also no fall damage while swinging, so even if you take a hit and drop out of a swing at height, you won't take damage from the fall itself.

- Use terrain. Cliffs, tall structures, and trees all work as anchor points. Open flat areas with no surfaces above you are where swinging breaks down.
- Don't waste them on short distances. Sprint or slide for short gaps. The Web Shooters shine on long traversals where the speed advantage compounds.
- The ground run mechanic is useful. Coming in low and skimming the ground maintains momentum and can be faster than running normally on flat terrain.
