The Etherwing Moth is Lohen's local specialty. These critter-like collectibles are found in two areas of Mondstadt: the new Dornman Port area and, in larger numbers, the Temple of Space. The Temple of Space alone holds around 51 moths, while the northern Mondstadt route around Dornman Port yields about 29. That is 80 per full sweep before co-op.
To access the Temple of Space, start the World Quest A Long Day in the Mountain, which begins at an NPC in Dornman Port. Local specialties respawn every 48 hours, so plan your route accordingly. You can also collect from other players' worlds through co-op without affecting their own spawn timers.

Prismatic Severed Tail: the Radiant Moongecko
The Prismatic Severed Tail drops from the Radiant Moongecko, a world boss located underground in Wavechaser Plain, Nod-Krai. The entrance sits below the Favonius Keep in the northernmost section of Nod-Krai. You need 46 total, so budget your Original Resin accordingly. The Adventurer's Handbook tracks this boss once you have encountered it.
The Radiant Moongecko requires level 30 or above to drop the Prismatic Severed Tail. Fighting it at lower world levels will not yield the ascension material.
Arrowheads: Hilichurl Shooters across Teyvat
Firm Arrowheads, Sharp Arrowheads, and Weathered Arrowheads all drop from ranged Hilichurl enemies, primarily Hilichurl Shooters. These are scattered across every region in Teyvat, so you are never far from a camp. Hilichurl camps almost always include at least one ranged unit. Enemy drops respawn after the daily server reset.
Shivada Jade gems
Shivada Jade drops from any Cryo-associated world boss or weekly boss. Options include the Cryo Regisvine, Cryo Hypostasis, La Signora, and several others. If you already have surplus gems of a different element, the Alchemy Bench converts them into Shivada Jade using Dust of Azoth.

The Ascended Sample: Knight drops from the weekly boss The Game Before the Gate, found in the Unresolved Chess Game Trounce Domain in Mondstadt's Falcon Coast. Weekly boss rewards reset every Monday at 04:00 server time. At one or two drops per week, expect to spend several weeks farming this material if you are pushing all three talents to level 10.
Completing Lohen's Story Quest during the limited event window grants enough materials to bring him to level 60 for free. Do not skip that quest.
How should you prioritize Lohen's leveling?
Lohen functions as an on-field DPS whose damage output scales with his Elemental Skill. The priority order is:
- Character level to 90 — his abilities scale with character level, so this comes first.
- Elemental Skill (Unforeseen Strike) to level 10 — this is his primary damage source and the ability that triggers Masterstroke mode.
- Elemental Burst (Manifest Judgment) to level 10 — strong damage output, though level 8 or 9 is acceptable if materials are short.
- Normal Attack — leave this at level 1. Lohen spends most of his time in Masterstroke mode, so normal attack scaling barely matters.
What do Lohen's Constellations do?
