Patch 1.4 dropped three new Anomaly Commissions across two areas of Neverness to Everness: two in Duskmoor and one in the newly added Pukaland zone. Each one rewards Annulith, and the Pukaland commission alone can net you 160 from eight hidden safes if you take the time to hunt them all down. Here is everything you need to finish all three.
Where are the NTE 1.4 Anomaly Commissions?
The three commissions are split between two zones. Duskmoor holds Last Bus Out (Wayward Line) and Perfectly Common Dreams (Dreamaway Pillow). Pukaland adds Lilliput in the Looking Glass (Alice's Looking Glass), the largest of the three by a significant margin.

tip
Finishing all three commissions rewards Annulith you can spend on limited banners. The Pukaland commission offers the most, so prioritize exploring Alice's Giant House thoroughly before you leave.
Last Bus Out: How to Complete the Wayward Line Anomaly
Head to the bus station west of Volley Star Jade Court in Duskmoor. Before anything else, switch the in-game time to midnight, then interact with the newspaper sitting on the bench.
Board the bus, take a seat, and ride it to the next station. The commission requires you to bring two passengers back to the bus: a gray puppet and a black figure. You will need to do this in two separate trips.
How to bring the gray puppet to the bus
After reaching the first stop, interact with the newspaper again. Turn around, cross the road, and follow the puppets toward the nearby construction site. Search inside until you find the gray puppet.
Once you spot it, keep your eyes on it and do not look away. Maintaining visual contact is the mechanic here. Guide the puppet back toward the bus while watching it, then board the bus and sit down to travel to the next station.
How to bring the black figure to the bus
At the next stop, read the newspaper and cross the road toward another construction area. Find the switch outside and activate it before entering the building.
Two more switches are inside. Activate both while avoiding the black figure patrolling the space. Watch its movement pattern and keep enough distance to avoid getting caught. Once both switches are active, run toward the bus and let the black figure follow you.
With both the puppet and the black figure on board, enter the bus and sit down to finish the Wayward Line Anomaly Commission.
warning
Do not look away from the gray puppet once you find it. Breaking visual contact will cause you to lose it and force you to restart the tracking sequence.
NTE 1.4 Anomaly Commissions Guide: All Locations & Solutions
Perfectly Common Dreams: How to Solve the Dreamaway Pillow Anomaly
Travel east of Komaki Road in Duskmoor and enter the small white house to access this commission. The Dreamaway Pillow realm inside is patrolled by a black creature that carries light, and your job is to avoid it while searching for another bed to rest on.
The white child-like figures scattered around the area are your cover. When the black Anomaly approaches, blend in with these figures and stay still. Move through the environment carefully between patrols, working your way toward the target bed. Reaching it completes the commission.
tip
Treat the white figures like hiding spots in a stealth game. Plan your movement between them rather than trying to outrun the black creature.
Lilliput in the Looking Glass: How to Solve Alice's Looking Glass
The only new Pukaland commission in 1.4 is also the most involved. Head to the Mirror Passage building in Pukaland and enter the Anomaly co-op to reach Alice's Giant House, where your character is scaled down to tiny proportions against oversized household objects.
There are three separate exits to find, each requiring a different objective. You do not need to complete all three exits to finish the commission, but exploring all of them is worth doing for the safe rewards.
Bedroom Vent exit
Search the oversized bedroom and collect four batteries. All four are required before the vent becomes a viable escape route, so check every accessible corner of the room.
Bathroom Drain exit
This exit requires four Solvents, but unlike the batteries, the Solvents are scattered across different parts of Alice's Giant House rather than confined to one room. Explore beyond the bathroom to track them all down.
Kitchen Window exit
Head to the kitchen and prepare three specific dishes:
Tomato and potato stir-fry
Spicy beef stir-fry
Tomato egg veggie soup
Completing all three dishes activates the fans. Use the airflow to reach the elevated kitchen window and escape through the third route.
Where are all eight safes in Alice's Looking Glass?
Alice's Giant House contains eight safes, each holding 20 Annulith. Clearing all eight nets you 160 Annulith total. The safes are spread throughout the Giant House, so a thorough exploration of every room before you leave is the best approach. Given that Annulith fuels banner pulls, skipping these is leaving real value on the table.
important
Complete your safe hunt before finishing the commission. Once you leave Alice's Giant House, you will not be able to return to collect any safes you missed.
