The fastest route to a Lyleen is the Empress of Lilies Alpha boss on Sakurajima. She spawns at approximately (-632, 302), near the Secluded Cemetery, between levels 58 and 59. Unlike most Alpha Pals that lock you into a specific time window, this one is active at any hour of the day, so you can head there whenever you're ready.

Because Lyleen is a Grass-type, Fire Pals are your best tools for softening her up. Jormuntide Ignis and Blazamut Ryu both deal reliable Fire damage and can bring her health low without finishing her off. Once she's weakened, throw a high-tier Pal Sphere to lock in the capture.
Lyleen can also hatch from a Huge Verdant Egg. These eggs occasionally appear while exploring high-level regions, particularly around Sakurajima, but the Alpha fight is a more reliable and direct method if you want to skip the egg-hunting grind.

No. Breeding was removed as a path to Lyleen in version 1.0. The old Mossanda + Petallia combination no longer produces Lyleen, so the Alpha boss and Huge Verdant Egg are your only options.

Can you breed Lyleen Noct?
Yes. If a direct capture isn't working out, you can breed a male and female Lyleen with a Menasting at the Breeding Farm to produce Lyleen Noct. This is a solid fallback if you keep failing the capture attempt at night.
