Phasmophobia Point Hope Lighthouse Keeper Badge Challenge | GameWatcher

Point Hope Restricted is the smaller, three-floor variant of the massive lighthouse map in Phasmophobia. Added on August 25, 2026, this version cuts off the upper floors of the full lighthouse, which means every Cursed Possession has shifted to new spots you won't find by memory from the standard map. There are 7 Cursed Possessions total, but only one appears per standard contract, so knowing exactly where each one spawns lets you locate it in seconds instead of burning precious setup time.

Where are all the Cursed Possessions in Point Hope Restricted?

All 7 items are spread across three floors: the first-floor living room, the second-floor kitchen, and the third-floor dining room. Three possessions cluster on the first floor, one sits alone on the second, and the remaining three are on the third. The layout is actually more forgiving than the full lighthouse, where items stretch across eight floors.

tip
In custom matches and weekly challenge modes, multiple Cursed Possessions can appear at once. Knowing all spawn points lets you sweep the map efficiently regardless of the mode.

First floor: living room locations

Monkey Paw and Tarot Cards

Both the Monkey Paw and the Tarot Cards share the same spawn point: a small end table wedged between two dark green couches near the wall of the living room. Enter the map, walk down the entry hallway, turn right into the living room, then look for the couch pair along the wall. The table sits between them.

The Tarot Cards are worth noting specifically because this is one of the only possessions that shares its location with the full Point Hope version of the map. It hasn't moved, so if you've played the standard lighthouse before, this spot will feel familiar.

Voodoo Doll

The Voodoo Doll is a few steps away from the couches. Head toward the stairs at the far end of the living room and look down at the floor right next to them. It sits on top of a brown wicker basket. Easy to miss if you walk past the stairs without glancing down.

warning
Don't interact with the Voodoo Doll carelessly. Pushing its pins triggers ghost activity and can start a cursed hunt, so make sure your team is ready before touching it.

Summoning Circle

The Summoning Circle is the only Cursed Possession on the second floor, drawn on the floor near the sink in the kitchen. Go up the stairs from the living room to reach this level, then head toward the back of the kitchen where the fridge, oven, and other appliances are. Look at the ground by the sink and you'll see it.

Because it's the sole item on this floor, if you're doing a quick sweep and the living room turns up nothing, checking the kitchen takes about ten seconds.

Ouija Board

The Ouija Board is on the ground beneath a blue chair on the back wall of the dining room. Look for a dark brown shelf decorated with white and blue plates mounted on the wall. The blue seat sits directly below it, and the Ouija Board is on the floor underneath that seat.

Haunted Mirror

The Haunted Mirror leans against a blue cupboard in the same dining room. Head to the right side of the dining table toward the back of the room and look down near the wall. Players familiar with the standard Point Hope map will recognize this exact spot since the Haunted Mirror hasn't moved between versions.

Music Box

The Music Box is on the long, dark brown table immediately to the left as you reach the top of the stairs entering the dining room. It's the first thing you'll see when you arrive on the third floor, so it's arguably the fastest of all seven possessions to locate.

How does Point Hope Restricted differ from the full map?

The full Point Hope lighthouse stretches across eight floors, with possessions scattered from the first-floor living room all the way up to the eighth-floor woodworking bench. The Restricted variant caps access at the third floor, which concentrates all seven possessions into a much tighter vertical range. The Tarot Cards and Haunted Mirror keep their same spots from the full map, but the other five items have relocated to fit within this compressed layout.

For players who find the full lighthouse overwhelming to search before a hunt starts, Point Hope Restricted is a noticeably more manageable experience. The ghost can still roam freely, but you're not sprinting up eight flights of stairs hoping to check one more spawn before the lights go out.

If you want to understand more about how different ghost types behave once you've found your Cursed Possession, the Phasmophobia ghost behaviors and secret abilities guide covers all 27 ghost types with speed data and identification strategies that pair well with what you learn from interacting with these items.

For players who recently started exploring the reworked 13 Willow Street, the 13 Willow Street Cursed Possession locations guide follows the same room-by-room format and is worth bookmarking alongside this one.

For everything else Phasmophobia, the full Phasmophobia strategy guides collection has you covered across maps, ghost types, and weekly challenges.
