The July 21, 2026 rework of 13 Willow Street in Phasmophobia reshuffled more than just the furniture. The map's Cursed Possession spawn points moved around significantly, meaning your old muscle memory for grabbing the Ouija Board or Monkey Paw is now working against you. This guide covers every Cursed Item location across both floors of the reworked house so you can stop wandering and start investigating.
How many Cursed Possessions are on 13 Willow Street?
The reworked 13 Willow Street has seven possible Cursed Possession spawn points spread across the main floor and basement. Under standard contract conditions, only one of the seven items will actually appear per run. The fastest way to find it is knowing all seven spots so you can sweep through them systematically rather than hoping to stumble across it.
Here's a quick reference for every item and where it spawns:

Where is the Music Box on 13 Willow Street?
The Music Box sits on a tall bookshelf in the living room, right near the glass doors that connect to the dining room and kitchen. Enter through the front door, walk toward those glass doors, then look right. The Music Box occupies its own cubby in the middle section of the shelf. Hard to miss once you know which shelf to check.
Where is the Summoning Circle on 13 Willow Street?
The Summoning Circle is drawn directly on the floor at the entrance to the dining room and kitchen area. Step through the glass doors from the living room and look down immediately. It sits right in the threshold, so you'll practically walk over it on the way to the rest of the house.
Where is the Haunted Mirror on 13 Willow Street?
The Haunted Mirror hangs in the gym, which replaced the old garage in this rework. From the living room, pass through the glass doors into the dining and kitchen area, then make a sharp left through the next door. Inside the gym, walk past the punching bag on your right toward the far corner. The mirror hangs over a white table near the archway leading into the small attached bathroom.

Where is the Voodoo Doll on 13 Willow Street?
The Voodoo Doll hides in the bedroom, tucked behind a white chair in the corner. Head through the hallway past the dining and kitchen area, then take the door on the left. Once inside, move around the right side of the bed to reach the corner. A light blue cat bed sits behind the white chair, and the Voodoo Doll rests on top of it if it spawned this run.
Where is the Monkey Paw on 13 Willow Street?
The Monkey Paw is on a shelf in the art room, which sits on the right side of the hallway past the dining and kitchen area. Enter the art room, immediately turn right, and walk toward the shelves in the corner. The Monkey Paw sits alone in a cubby between some books and a box. For a deeper look at what every wish does and how to avoid the side effects, the Phasmophobia Monkey Paw guide breaks it all down.

Where are the basement Cursed Possessions on 13 Willow Street?
Both remaining items are in the basement, accessible through a door on the left side of the hallway behind the dining and kitchen area. Head down the stairs and you're in the right place.
Ouija Board location
At the bottom of the stairs, look right. The Ouija Board sits on a small table directly under a bright yellow football picture, right next to the laundry room entrance. It's one of the first things you'll see when you reach the basement floor.
Tarot Cards location
The Tarot Cards are deeper in the basement. From the bottom of the stairs, turn left, then left again to enter the bar and game room. Move around the left side of the pool table and head right toward a poster reading "Never back down." The deck of Tarot Cards sits on the table directly beneath that poster.
Should you use Cursed Possessions on 13 Willow Street?
Cursed Items carry real risk, but on a map as small as 13 Willow Street, the payoff can be worth it. The house's compact size means a ghost hunt triggered by the Summoning Circle or Voodoo Doll pins you in tight quarters with very few escape routes. The Haunted Mirror and Music Box are generally safer options for gathering evidence without forcing a hunt. Know the ghost type before committing to anything aggressive. If you want to understand which ghosts punish reckless Cursed Item use the hardest, the Phasmophobia ghost tier list is worth checking before your next run.
