Here's the short answer: you and a partner each bring one Ghost Fish and one Voidseer Pumpkin to a four-pedestal altar upstairs in the manor, complete the fusion together, and both walk away with a Divine Egg to hatch. The catch is getting there, and getting the Voidseer Pumpkin in the first place.
This is a Roblox Halloween event with a limited window, so the faster you start the chain, the better.

What is Cursed Monarch?
Cursed Monarch is a Divine-rarity pet exclusive to the Halloween Part 2 event. It can only be obtained through the Divine Fuse, a four-pedestal altar located on the upper floor of the Abandoned Manor. There is no other source, no code system, and no shortcut. Any site claiming a working "free Cursed Monarch code" is a scam; Steal an Egg has never had a code redemption system.
The pet follows the same co-op fusion model used for Aetheron in a previous event: two players combine their ingredients at a shared altar, and both receive the reward. Cursed Monarch is the Halloween equivalent.
What do you need to fuse Cursed Monarch?
The altar has four labeled pedestals. Each player fills two of them.

The Voidseer Pumpkin is the real obstacle here. At a 0.056 weight in the Abandoned Manor egg pool, it appears roughly once every 1,800 egg spawns in that biome. The other pets in that pool for comparison: Mimic Chest at 43.1, Crowshade at 37.51, Hexed Pumpkin at 18.32, Werewolf at 0.74, and Abomination Kong at 0.31.
The Ghost Fish is the easier half. It's an Eternal pet caught through fishing in the Halloween Dimension, and if you already completed Echo's Part 1 questline, you have the rod you need.
How do you unlock the Abandoned Manor?
The manor was chained shut during Part 1. Unlocking it in Part 2 builds directly on the Part 1 quest chain, so you need to complete these steps in order.

Step 1: Complete Echo's questline
Echo is the ghost dog NPC in the Halloween Dimension. His questline involves finding four lost items scattered across the area. Step 2: Board the Phantom Express
The Phantom Express arrives at its station approximately every 30 minutes. Check the train clock before heading over; if you just missed a departure, farm Candy Corn while you wait. The train takes you directly to Forgotten Town.
Step 3: Find the green whirlpool
From the Forgotten Town arrival point, walk past the large central tree toward the lake. You'll see a green whirlpool at the water's edge. Step into it to drop into the secret fishing area below.
Step 4: Fish for the Manor Key
Talk to Gus, the fisherman NPC who dropped the key into the water. Then cast your rod repeatedly in the surrounding pool until the Manor Key appears in your inventory. There is no confirmed drop rate or guaranteed cast count, so keep going. The same water can also yield Candy Corn, eggs, and occasionally the Spectral mutation, so the session isn't wasted while you wait.
Step 5: Open the manor gate
Take the green sewer pipe to exit back near the Abandoned Manor, then press E on the chained gate. The door stays open for the rest of the Halloween event, so you only need to do this once.
Where is the Cursed Monarch fuse altar?
Once inside the manor, head upstairs to the first floor. The fusion room is a round library with purple banners and four glowing pedestals arranged in a row on a red carpet. Two pads on the left are labeled GHOST FISH and two on the right are labeled VOIDSEER PUMPKIN.
The altar shows you exactly what it needs. Read the pedestal labels in your own server before placing anything, since early coverage used slightly different names ("Divine Voidseer" vs "Voidseer Pumpkin"). Trust the in-game label over anything written externally.
How to run the fusion
- Confirm your partner has also completed the Manor Key quest and can reach the altar.
- Both players stand at the altar at the same time.
- Each player presses E on one Ghost Fish pad and one Voidseer Pumpkin pad to place their pets.
- Wait for all four pads to register as filled. The fusion will not trigger with only one player's pets.
- Complete the fusion animation.
- Each player receives one Cursed Monarch Egg. Return to your base and place it to hatch.
When does the Pumpkin King boss spawn?
The second major Part 2 feature is a two-phase boss fight: Pumpkin Brute first, then Pumpkin King. The portal sits outside the Abandoned Manor and opens twice per hour, at :15 and :45. Each kill adds one point to the Boss Mastery pass, which has 65 unlocks.

With two windows per hour, hitting the 65-kill Eternal unlock takes a minimum of 33 hours of event time if you win every single fight. Most players won't, so start the boss grind early rather than leaving it for the final weekend.

How much does Cursed Monarch earn per second?
The short answer: not settled yet, and the numbers currently circulating vary wildly. Community data lists Cursed Monarch at $12.5B/s and Voidseer Pumpkin at $14B/s as base figures, but Voidseer's own in-game data shows $782.5B/s on some specimens, and a version with four mutations stacked has been documented at $203B/s. Mutations and size multipliers clearly shift these numbers significantly, and no consistent base figure has been published.
Check your own in-game money-per-second readout after hatching. That number is the only one that matters for your base.
Is Cursed Monarch worth getting?
Yes, if you already have a Voidseer Pumpkin and can find a partner who has one too. The rest of the chain (Echo's quest, the train, the Manor Key, a Ghost Fish) is a single evening of play. The Voidseer is the only part that can drag on for days.
A sensible order:
- Unlock the manor first. Keep fishing until the key drops. It opens both the altar and the boss portal.
- Run Pumpkin King windows while hunting for a Voidseer. Mastery points accumulate in the background, and the pass pays out five pets before the 65-kill Eternal.
- Catch your Ghost Fish early. It's the cheap half of the recipe, so have it ready when a Voidseer eventually turns up.
- Only fuse once a partner with a verified Voidseer is online. Don't put a mutated Voidseer on the pad until it's known whether mutations carry over to the egg.
The Halloween event launched October 24, 2026. Steal an Egg hasn't published a hard end date, but Part 1 launched October 17 with an approximately 14-day timer on the Robux egg. Assume the window closes around the end of October.

Can you get Cursed Monarch solo?
No. The altar requires four pets across four pads, and the fusion will not trigger without two players each placing their own pair. There is no confirmed solo workaround.
Are the ingredient pets consumed in the fusion?
Not definitively established. Plan as if both pets are consumed and don't place a mutated Voidseer unless you're prepared to lose it permanently.
What happens if my partner leaves mid-fusion?
What happens to pets already placed on the pads if a player disconnects has not been confirmed. Don't place your pets until both of you are standing at the altar simultaneously.
