How do you farm charms and seals?

Charms are world drops. They fall from regular mob kills, dungeon chests, boss drops, and endgame activities. The drop rate for valuable charms scales sharply with Torment difficulty: Set Charms become more common at Torment 3, Unique Charms at Torment 8, and Mythic Horadric Seals at Torment 10 and above, per Game8's confirmed data.
