The Picture Pursuit: Alice quest earns its reputation as one of the trickier assignments in Disney Dreamlight Valley's ongoing Picture Pursuit event. Alice sends you into her massive Alice in Wonderland Realm to hunt down four Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum Motifs, and the sheer size of that area combined with how small these Motifs appear against all the colorful scenery makes it genuinely easy to walk right past them.
The good news: every single Motif is confined to the first section of the Realm. You never need to cross into the Queen of Hearts' castle territory. Work through the four locations below in order and you'll be back to Alice in under ten minutes.
How do you start the Picture Pursuit: Alice quest?
Before heading into the Realm, you need to talk to Alice first. The quest is tied directly to her, so the Motifs won't register until you've accepted it from her in conversation. Once that's done, head to the Alice in Wonderland Realm either through the Dream Castle door entrance or by using the fast travel option on your map to teleport there instantly.

All Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum Motif locations
All four Motifs sit within the first section of the Realm. None of them require you to use the pink mushroom teleport to reach the Queen's castle area, so stay in the forest section throughout.
Motif 1: Near the cooking station
From your spawn point, walk forward just a few steps. The cooking station will appear on your left almost immediately. Look behind the flowers clustered near it and you'll spot the first Motif tucked there. This one is the easiest of the four to grab since it's essentially right where you land.
Motif 2: By the waterfall
This Motif sits almost directly across from the first one. From your spawn point, look to the right to find a pond, then follow the edge of it toward the waterfall. The Motif is on the left side of the waterfall wall. If the Realm's busy visual style is making it hard to pick out, use the pond as your landmark and scan upward along the waterfall's left edge.
Motif 3: Above the ramp leading to the tree portal
Head to the back right corner of the first Realm section. You'll find a pink mushroom there that normally teleports you to the Queen of Hearts' castle. Walk past it without interacting and start down the ramp. As soon as you round the first corner of the ramp, look upward and you'll see the Motif positioned behind a tree overhead.
Motif 4: On top of the tree portal
Continue down the same ramp past where you found Motif 3. At the very bottom, you'll reach a grey and blue portal. The fourth and final Motif sits right on top of it. Working through Motifs 3 and 4 back-to-back is the most efficient approach since they're on the same path.
What happens after you find all four Motifs?
Once you collect all four Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum Motifs, leave the Realm and return to Alice to complete the quest and claim your reward. This wraps up her specific contribution to the Picture Pursuit event.
