Fortnite Treasure Hunters weekly quests award 20,000 XP each, but the bigger target is Captain X: his outfit requires 24 weekly quest completions and the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass. The mini-season also includes Map Fragment objectives, chest hunts, and One Piece Episodes with their own free sprays. To keep your progress straight in Fortnite, separate those reward tracks before choosing your next objective. Below, you'll find the weekly tasks, Treasure Hunt requirements, Captain X milestones, and One Piece quests, including the conditions that require different matches or a single-match finish.

How do you unlock Captain X and his rewards?

Complete 24 weekly quests to reach the Captain X outfit milestone. Earlier weekly completion targets unlock a loading screen, a banner icon, a spray, and Back Bling. These rewards follow your weekly quest completion count, giving you another reason to finish objectives beyond their XP payouts.

Captain X completion milestones

Claim your Captain X rewards before the end-of-season live event on December 5, 2026. You can buy the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass later in the season, but leave time to claim the rewards before that deadline.

When do new Treasure Hunters weekly quests arrive?

New weekly quests arrive on Thursdays at 9 AM ET, and Treasure Hunters has five weekly quest batches. Open the Quests tab and check This Week to see the active batch as the mini-season progresses.

Each weekly objective awards 20,000 XP. A One Piece objective awards 10,000 XP, so a weekly completion pays twice as much while also advancing the weekly completion requirement for Captain X.

What are all the Treasure Hunters weekly quests?

Week 0: Kickstart objectives

The four Kickstart quests introduce Devil Fruits, NPC services, Sprite Wanted Posters, and cannons. Every objective below awards 20,000 XP.

The service objective gives you a choice between using a Rift and hiring a Specialist. Our Treasure Hunters NPC locations guide can help you plan those visits.

Week 1 objectives

Week 1 includes a visit to Plunder Port, an encounter with A$AP Rocky, and several combat and exploration targets. Each completion awards 20,000 XP.

ObjectiveRequired target
Contact Slone using the Slone Phone at Plunder Port1 contact
Visit Named Locations during one match3 locations
Travel through the air while low gravity is active500 distance
Collect weapons of Epic rarity or higher10 weapons
Damage A$AP Rocky using different weapons2 weapons
Eliminate opponents using shotguns5 eliminations

Pay attention to the conditions on the A$AP Rocky and exploration tasks. Rocky needs damage dealt with two different weapons, while the location objective requires three Named Locations within the same match. Those conditions matter as much as the counters.

Week 2 objectives

Week 2 adds Lil Uzi Vert, Sprite extraction, and vault looting. These seven objectives also award 20,000 XP each.

ObjectiveRequired target
Defeat Lil Uzi Vert1 defeat
Perform a dance while on a drivable car1 dance
Extract Sprites during one match3 Sprites
Collect items from a vault20 items
Deal damage to opponents while above them500 damage
Hit opponents using Lil Uzi Vert's Lil' SMG or another SMG75 hits
Damage opponents using Legendary weapons or higher500 damage

The SMG objective measures 75 hits, while the two damage objectives each require 500 damage. Keep those counters separate when checking your progress.

The Sprite extraction objective must be completed in a single match. Your target is three extracted Sprites during that match, so check the extraction counter before moving on to another objective.

What do the Treasure Hunt objectives require?

Captain Map Fragments become available weekly. The fragment objective at The $.$. Rocky requires you to collect one fragment and awards 10,000 XP.

Treasure Hunt also includes separate chest-opening objectives. These can be completed across several matches, so you can keep working toward the larger Treasure Chest target while collecting the other chest types.

Chest objectiveRequired openings
Treasure Chests25
Rare Chests2
Sprite Chests2

Keep the two Sprite Chest requirements straight: Kickstart asks for three chests dug up and opened using Sprite Wanted Posters, while the Treasure Hunt objective asks for two Sprite Chests. For more on the creatures involved in the chest and extraction tasks, check our Treasure Hunters Sprite guide.

How do you complete the One Piece Episode quests?

The One Piece quest section contains two Episodes with four quests each. Every objective awards 10,000 XP. Collection, damage, and travel progress carries across matches, which makes these tasks easier to chip away at alongside your other objectives.

Episode one objectives

Episode one focuses on Zoro's Three Sword Style, the Gum-Gum Fruit, high-rarity items, and long-range hits. The item or distance condition is part of each requirement, so check what you're carrying before working on a counter.

ObjectiveRequired targetCompletion requirement
Deal damage with Zoro's Swords700 damageUse Zoro's Three Sword Style in Battle Royale
Travel using Gum-Gum Rocket250 metersUse the Gum-Gum Fruit's secondary rocket ability
Collect high-rarity items for Nami3 itemsFind and equip Legendary, Mythic, or Exotic items
Hit opponents at long range for Usopp10Use ranged weapons at a distance greater than 50 meters

For the Gum-Gum objective, use Gum-Gum Rocket specifically. The required distance is 250 meters traveled with that ability, rather than general movement while carrying the fruit.

Episode two objectives

Episode two shifts toward collecting Nami's Tangerines, discovering Crossbones Isle, and meeting the Straw Hat Crew. It also includes a top 10 Battle Royale finish.

ObjectiveRequired targetCompletion requirement
Collect Nami's Tangerines16 consumablesFind and equip the Tangerines across matches
Discover Named Locations4 locationsLand at named points of interest across matches
Speak with the Straw Hat Crew2 NPCsLocate and talk to two crew members
Reach the top 101 finishFinish a Battle Royale match in the top 10

The four-location One Piece objective allows progress across matches. That gives it a different condition from Week 1's exploration task, which asks you to visit three Named Locations in one match.

Which One Piece cosmetic rewards can you earn?

One Piece cosmetics unlock at one, three, five, and seven quest completions. All four rewards in this quest set are sprays, with XP awarded separately for every completed objective.

One Piece quests completedSpray reward
1Luffy and Zoro
3Nami and Usopp
5Sanji and Tony Tony Chopper
7Buggy

The Buggy Spray is the final cosmetic milestone at seven completions. Completing the eighth quest still awards its 10,000 XP, even after you've earned all four sprays.
