To get the Crew Rod in Fisch, meet its level and crew-rating requirements, then buy it at the Crew House on Moosewood.
This Roblox rod has two progression targets to keep separate: your crew’s seasonal score for purchasing it, and your personal contribution for one mastery quest. Its color also changes to match your current crew. Complete the purchase checklist first, then use the rod for its Secret-fish bonuses and mastery rewards.
How to unlock and buy the Crew Rod
The Crew House is on Moosewood at coordinates (617, 163, 237). Use your GPS to locate the building, then follow these steps:
- Speak to Crew Herald inside the Crew House to open the Crew Board.
- Join an existing crew or create your own.
- Reach level 500 and make sure your crew has at least 5,000 Seasonal Crew Rating.
- Buy the Crew Rod from the Crew House for 70,000 C$.
The rating requirement uses your crew’s seasonal total. You do not need to earn the entire purchase threshold personally.

Locate Moosewood’s Crew House
Should you join a crew or create one?
Creating a crew requires level 200 and costs 50,000 C$. That creation requirement does not replace the rod’s higher level requirement. If you found a crew specifically for this purchase, budget for both the creation fee and the rod.
| Route | How to get membership | Currency to budget |
|---|---|---|
| Join an existing crew | Receive an invitation or have a join request accepted | 70,000 C$ for the rod |
| Create your own crew | Open the Crew Board and pay the creation fee | 120,000 C$ for crew creation and the rod combined |
Founders and Officers can invite players in their server who are not already in a crew. A crew with privacy set to Nobody cannot receive join requests, so you need an invitation to enter it.
Joining a crew that already meets the rating threshold avoids building a new crew’s score from zero. If you want another rod goal while your crew earns rating, follow the Record Breaker Rod unlock steps in Fisch.
How to earn Seasonal Crew Rating
Seasonal Crew Rating adds together the contributions of the crew’s current members. When someone leaves or gets kicked, their contribution stops counting toward that crew’s total.
Your rating does not transfer to a different crew. Rejoining the same crew preserves your original personal contribution, so changing crews is not a way to carry an existing score into a new group.
Compare the regular rating sources
Weekly and daily challenges award substantially more rating per completion than ordinary Apex or Secret catches. Use challenges as a regular source of progress, then add eligible catches while fishing.
| Activity | Base Crew Rating |
|---|---|
| Complete a Weekly Challenge | 500 |
| Complete a Daily Challenge | 150 |
| Catch a Divine Secret fish | 100 |
| Catch an Apex fish | 2 |
| Catch a Secret fish | 1 |
Eligible fish catches can also receive rating modifiers. Shiny and Sparkling each provide a 1.5x modifier, while a perfect catch provides a 1.2x modifier. These bonuses apply to qualifying catches, not challenge rewards.
Check the Bounty Showdown poster
Bounty Showdown selects an Exotic or Secret fish as a target. The poster outside the Crew House displays that fish and a countdown, so check it before choosing where to fish.
Each session lasts one hour, and you can participate in only one of the four daily sessions. You can catch the target repeatedly during your session for bounty rating.
| Bounty target rarity | Base bounty rating per catch |
|---|---|
| Exotic | 5 |
| Secret | 10 |
Bounty rewards have their own modifiers, including bonuses for hunt fish and qualifying catch attributes. The target determines whether the event fits the fish you can reliably catch.
Crew Rod stats and Secret-fish bonuses
The Crew Rod combines 250% luck with an unlimited weight capacity, but its negative control reduces the size of your control bar. Check that weakness before choosing it for demanding catches.
| Stat | Base value |
|---|---|
| Lure Speed | 80% |
| Luck | 250% |
| Control | -0.1 |
| Resilience | 55% |
| Max KG | Infinite |
| Line Distance | 100m |
What its passives do
The rod provides the following bonuses:
- +20% progress speed.
- +10% forced progress speed.
- +5% true progress speed.
- 2x chance to catch Secret fish.
While catching a Secret fish, it also provides +0.1 control, +20% progress speed, and +10% forced progress speed. The Secret-catch control bonus offsets its base control penalty before other effects.
Herculean and Cryogenic are enchantment options for addressing the smaller control bar. Prioritize that weakness if keeping fish inside the bar is your main obstacle, especially when working toward perfect catches.
The Crew Rod’s purchase is tied to crew progression. If your collection target is a vaulted limited rod instead, use the separate route covered in how to wish for limited rods in Fisch.
Crew Rod mastery quests and rewards
The Crew Rod has three mastery quests. One checks your personal Crew Rating, while the other two require catches made with the rod itself.
| Mastery quest | Requirement | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| 5 Star Review | Reach 2,500 personal Crew Rating | Mastered Crew Rod Skin |
| Perfect Catch Quests | Perfect catch 100 fish using the Crew Rod | Five Rainbow Totems |
| It’s a SECRET… | Catch 15 Secret fish using the Crew Rod | One Brine Storm Totem |
Completing all three quests awards an x3 Divine Secret enchantment. Keep the personal-rating objective separate from the shared seasonal score used to unlock the purchase.
How to approach the mastery tasks
The catch objectives make the rod’s control weakness relevant beyond simply landing fish. An enchantment that helps you manage the control bar can support the perfect-catch task, while the rod’s Secret-fish passives support the Secret-catch objective.
If you want a separate collection goal after these rewards, follow the Dutchman’s Rod unlock guide in Fisch.
Aim for perfect catches while hunting Secrets with the Crew Rod. A perfect Secret catch can advance both catch-based mastery objectives.
