After arriving at the resort, head down the stairs and follow the path southeast. Keep moving along the rock steps until you reach the Ocean View Bar, which is blocked by two guards who won't let you in without an invitation.

This is where the Party Crasher challenge begins. Two women will approach and sit down nearby shortly after you speak with the guards. They're carrying the party flyer you need. Use the Phone Dart or Laser Strap to stun them, then pickpocket the flyer from them. Return to the guards with the flyer in hand and you'll be waved through, completing the Party Crasher challenge and getting you inside.

Stun the women quickly and cleanly. If you draw attention from the guards during the pickpocket, the whole approach falls apart before it starts.
