The Frozen Trail update brought a new map to ARC Raiders, but not every quest stays on it. Celeste's Teenage Rebellion sends you straight back to Riven Tides for a three-stop tour across the map, from a hilltop lookout tower to a cliffside antenna overlooking the harbor. None of the objectives require combat, and you won't need to extract any items, so a free loadout works perfectly here.
This quest is part of Celeste's ongoing storyline, picking up after her earlier memory-based missions. The full objective list breaks down into three main locations, each with a simple interaction once you arrive:

Head to the center of the Riven Tides map, north of Customs House. The lookout tower sits right next to the Raider Hatch in this area and sticks up high enough that you can spot it from a distance without needing to hunt around.
Go inside and take the ladder all the way to the top. At the summit, hit the transmit prompt to broadcast the location. That's the first objective done.

From Mulatierra Hill, head northwest. You're looking for the old Raider Camp positioned between Azzurro Beach and the Wharf POI on the western side of the map, just north of Hotel Panorama Azzuro.
Once you reach the camp, interact with the radio transmitter to complete this objective. The prompt is easy to find once you're inside the camp perimeter.

The final stop sits at the northeastern edge of the map, well past the Harbor and east of Wavebreaker. Look for a small structure on a hill right on the cliffside. The antenna is hard to miss once you're in the right area.
