The Celeste's Childhood Drawings quest sends you across three separate locations in Riven Tides, and none of them are particularly obvious without a map. Added as part of the Frozen Trails update for ARC Raiders, this quest is given by Lance and asks you to dig up a piece of Celeste's past before it unlocks the follow-up quest, Celeste's Teenage Rebellion. The good news: you don't need to bring any items into the raid. A free loadout works fine here.
Before heading into Riven Tides, here's what you're working toward:

Hotel Panorama Azzuro sits on the western side of the Riven Tides map. Head to the southeastern staircase on the building's exterior and climb up to the second floor. Once inside, you're looking for room 213, which is the first room you'll encounter when you step through the door from the exterior stairs.
Inside room 213, walk to the cabinet positioned next to the window. There's a map sitting on top of it. Interact with it to complete the first two objectives simultaneously: finding the room and searching for something significant. The moment you inspect that map, two new objectives appear: the Customs House roof and the Quay.

From the hotel, head east toward the Customs House area. You're looking at a row of four towers. Facing them, you need to climb the second one from the left (counted from left to right as you face them). One source describes this as the third Customs House counting from south to north, so orient yourself accordingly.
Get to the rooftop and look toward the edge. There's a metal container (some sources describe it as a metal panel or crate) sitting at the corner of the roof. Interact with it to find the first of Celeste's drawings. The drawing itself depicts a Wasp, one of the ARC machine types.

The Quay is east of the Stacking Yard. It's one of those POIs that only appears on the map when you zoom in close, so don't be surprised if you missed it before. Head to the platform at the Quay and look for two large cable spools (also described as round metal structures or cable reels) near the edge facing the sea.
The drawing is on the leg of the spool nearest the water. Interact with it to collect the second drawing. This one shows two people being hunted by a Spotter, which is a distinctly grim piece of childhood art.
Once you've grabbed both drawings, extract back to Speranza and talk to Lance to turn in the quest.

Completing the quest earns you:
The backpack charm is the standout reward here. The Sterilized Bandages are useful early on but won't move the needle much if you're further into progression.
Finishing Celeste's Childhood Drawings unlocks Celeste's Teenage Rebellion, which continues the story thread about Celeste's past. The quest chain is worth working through if you want to understand more of the lore around Speranza's leader.
This quest is part of the broader Frozen Trails content drop, which added the Riven Tides map and a set of new story quests.
