The Last Entry quest from Arc Raiders' Flashpoint update sends you back to Stella Montis for another deep dive into the Seed Vault, one of the map's more self-contained locations. Shani has spotted more signs of researcher dissent, and she needs you to dig up the evidence. The good news: this quest is focused entirely on one area, making it one of the faster Flashpoint missions to complete. The bad news: you have to do all five steps in a single raid, and the final item needs to make it back to Speranza with you.
What are all the steps for Last Entry?
All five objectives must be completed in one round. There is no checkpoint system here. Here is the full sequence:
- Find and access the right workstation in the Seed Vault for clues
- Search for the hidden key in the adjacent room
- Search the Seed Vault and unlock the seed deposit box
- Search the seed deposit box
- Bring the Official Shutdown Documentation to Shani in Speranza

Researcher's log terminal
How do you find the workstation outside the Seed Vault?
The Seed Vault sits in the southeast corner of Stella Montis. You can reach it through the Eastern Tunnel, the south hallway from Sandbox, or the staircase connecting Atrium and Cultural Archives.
Do not head straight for the big door. Instead, walk up the short metal staircase heading east from the vault entrance. At the top of those stairs, on your left, you will find a row of computer terminals along the wall. According to TheGamer, the one you want has a bright red light on it. Interact with it to access the researcher's log and complete the first objective.
This terminal is technically outside the Seed Vault proper, which trips up a lot of players who assume they need to get inside first. You do not. Check the terminals before touching the big door.

Hidden key in jumpsuit rack
Where is the hidden key in the adjacent room?
From the terminal, turn and look for the open doorway just a few paces up the hallway on your left. Step inside and you will see a rack of orange jumpsuits against the wall. Interact with the rack to search the suits. The Seed Vault Box Key drops to the floor, so make sure you actually pick it up before leaving the room.
PC Gamer also points out that this same room contains two fuel cell spawn locations: one next to the clothes rack and another near the electrical box by the door. Check both spots before wandering further, since you will need a fuel cell for the next step.
How do you get inside the Seed Vault?
The large shutter door into the Seed Vault requires a fuel cell placed in the socket beside it. The fuel cell does not have a fixed spawn. According to multiple sources, it most commonly appears in the small tunnel system nearby, including the room where you found the key, the hallways around the location, or on the ground near the Seed Vault Airshaft extraction point.
If you cannot find one in those spots, TheGamer recommends heading toward the Atrium hallway, where several locked doors in the area mean fuel cells tend to spawn more frequently.
Once you have the fuel cell, return to the large door, slot it into the highlighted compartment, and open the door.

Fuel cell unlocks the vault door
Where is the seed deposit box inside the vault?
Walk straight through the main room toward the far end. The Seed Box terminal is at the end of the row of containers in the biggest of the three rooms, jutting off the side of the furthest seed pod station. It is easy to spot once you are inside.
Interact with the terminal while the Seed Vault Box Key is in your inventory. This opens the box. Interact again to search it, and the Official Shutdown Documentation drops out.
Pick it up immediately and, if you have an augment with a safe pocket, slot the documentation there. As Polygon notes, the Seed Vault Airshaft extraction point is just a short walk west down the corridor, so extraction is close. That said, a safe pocket guarantees the item survives even if something goes wrong before you reach the exit.
What do you get for completing Last Entry?
Once you extract and return to Speranza, speak to Shani at her shop to hand over the Official Shutdown Documentation. According to TheGamer, completing the quest rewards you with:
- EXP
- The White Indigo color palette for the Warden Outfit
- The Yellow Light Stick blueprint
The cosmetic unlock alone makes this worth running even if you already know the Seed Vault layout cold.
