Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced features four Templar Hunts, each tied to a specific Assassin contact, and completing all of them is the only way to collect every Templar Key needed to unlock the Templar Armor in your Manor. Rhona Dinsmore's questline is set entirely in Havana and covers four back-to-back missions that range from a wave-defense holdout to a rooftop assassination. It's one of the shorter Templar Hunts, but a couple of the missions have traps for players who rush in without a plan.
How do you start Rhona Dinsmore's Templar Hunt?
Rhona becomes available after you complete the main quest This Old Cove, which opens up a significant chunk of the game's side content. Head to the southeastern edge of Havana to find the Assassin's Bureau. You'll hear gunfire before you even see the marker. That's your cue.
Rhona is located in the Dry Tortuga region of Havana, slightly northeast of the southernmost viewpoint on the island. Approach her position and the first quest triggers automatically.

Rhona's bureau starting location
Quest 1: Bureau Under Attack
This first mission is a three-wave horde defense. Soldiers swarm the bureau grounds from three separate entrances, and your job is to keep Rhona alive through all of it.
Before each wave begins, you get a short window to grab the red powder kegs scattered around the courtyard and drag them to the bureau's entrances. Rhona will actually place one herself each round, so watch where she goes if you're unsure of the best spots. Once guards start pushing through, shoot the kegs to clear clusters in one blast.
If you miss the keg placement window, the mission continues. You'll just be fighting the incoming Spaniards with swords and pistols the old-fashioned way. Health and ammo supplies are sitting on the tables in front of the bureau if you need them mid-fight. After three waves, the quest wraps up.
Quest 2: A Thief in the Market
After the defense, Rhona relocates to the northwest of Havana and waits for you on the roof of a small stone pergola. Speak to her to begin A Thief in the Market.
Head northeast to the nearby market and use Eagle Vision to scan for persons of interest. Two Spanish merchants will glow green. Talk to both of them. Neither gives you anything specific, but questioning them triggers the next stage.
Find a bench nearby and sit down to blend in with the crowd. After a short wait, the camera will pan to a pickpocket in the act. He immediately bolts.
Chasing him down is straightforward. He's not fast and the streets are wide, so you don't need to parkour aggressively. He'll eventually hit a dead end after climbing some stairs to a patio and wait there if you fall behind. Corner him and take him down with a counter, a wall takedown, or just kill him outright. Loot his body for A Pickpocketed Map, which reveals the locations of Hilary Flint's gunpowder stores.
Return to the bureau and speak to Rhona to hand over your findings.

Chase down the fleeing pickpocket
Quest 3: Arms Race
Rhona tasks you with destroying three gunpowder reserves spread across Havana. Each one is guarded, and the difficulty ramps up slightly with each location.
How do you destroy each powder reserve?
Here's a breakdown of all three targets and the best approach for each:

Scope out reserves from the rooftops
For Reserve 1, climb to the tiled rooftops and look down into the courtyard. The barrel sits under an awning on the western side. A clean pistol shot from above handles it without alerting anyone below. Watch for the sniper on the roof before you settle into position.
For Reserve 2, two snipers cover the rooftops above this courtyard. Take them out with quiet assassinations or use the Rope Dart to drag them off the roof silently. The barrel is under a similar awning to the first, but two guards are standing directly in front of it. Drop down for a double assassination on the guards, then ignite the barrel up close.
For Reserve 3, the setup is tighter. The barrel sits in an alcove with guards on all sides and snipers watching from above. There's a gap behind the awning you can drop through to get behind the guards. Alternatively, use the bushes nearby to whistle guards over one at a time and assassinate them before approaching the barrel. If you can't get a clean shot, press Triangle to manually ignite it and then sprint clear of the blast radius.
Quest 4: Flint's End
The final mission in Rhona's questline. Find her waiting on a rooftop near the docks. It's time to deal with Hilary Flint directly.
Follow Rhona across the rooftops to the docks. She'll jump down and draw the attention of the guards around Flint, giving you a clean window to move. Wait for the guards to converge on Rhona's position, then drop down and scan for Flint with Eagle Vision. He'll be marked automatically.
Flint runs toward the edge of the pier but stops when he runs out of space. He favors fighting at range with a pistol, so closing the distance quickly is the play. Rush him with your swords and he goes down fast. There's also an explosive barrel on the pier right next to him if you want a quicker finish.
Once Flint is dead, hold Triangle next to his body to confirm the kill. Since Rhona has the guards occupied, you have all the time you need. A short cutscene plays, then head back to the bureau to meet Rhona and officially complete the questline. You'll receive a Templar Key for your trouble.
What do you get for completing Rhona Dinsmore's Templar Hunt?
Finishing Rhona's questline earns you one Templar Key. There are four Templar Hunts total in the game, with the other three tied to Anto, Opia Apito, and Upton Travers. Collecting all four keys unlocks the Templar Armor from the suit cage in your Manor.
The Templar Armor is worth the effort, and Rhona's questline is arguably the most accessible of the four since everything takes place in Havana without any major sailing required.
For players building out their base after finishing this questline, the Great Inagua hideout upgrade guide covers every building you can unlock and which ones to prioritize first. The Jackdaw also takes a beating during the missions leading into Flint's End, so knowing how to repair your ship before heading out to sea again is worth a quick read.
