Division 2 Y8S2 Scout 4 Manhunt: All Week 4 Solutions

Week 4 of Tom Clancy's The Division 2 Y8S2 Into the Dark is live, and the Scout 4 Manhunt tasks are waiting. Three challenges stand between you and this week's rewards, and each one hides behind a clue you need to decode before you can act. This guide cuts straight to the solutions so you can knock them out fast and keep the season momentum going.

What are the Scout 4 Manhunt tasks for Week 4?

Like every previous week, Scout 4 presents three tasks disguised behind in-game clues. Once you decode them, the objectives are straightforward. Here's exactly what you need to do.

East Mall Control Point map

Capture 1 Control Point in East Mall

Head to the East Mall district and find any active Control Point on the map. If you've already captured all of them and none are available, reset your progress to make them contestable again. The specific location within East Mall doesn't matter, so pick whichever one is closest.

Once you start the assault, clear every enemy at the site. On PC, press F to call in nearby allies if you want backup during the fight. After the initial wave falls, hold your ground against the counter-attack. A second enemy group will push to retake the point, and you need to repel them completely before control is confirmed.

Complete 2 True Sons Bounties

Open the Bounties tab and filter for True Sons targets. The district and difficulty level are both irrelevant here. Any True Sons bounty anywhere on the map counts toward the two you need.

True Sons bounties tend to appear in the East Mall area, but availability rotates. Scan the full map before committing to a location, since a bounty on the other side of Washington can save you time if the East Mall options are thin.

Complete Mission: Jefferson Trade Center at any difficulty

The final task sends you to the Jefferson Trade Center mission. Pull up your map, locate the mission marker, and launch it. Difficulty is your call: lower settings speed up completion, but the reward quality scales with difficulty, so running it on a harder setting is worth it if your build can handle it.

This is the most time-intensive of the three tasks, so save it for last. Clearing the first two objectives while in the open world keeps your session efficient.

How long does Scout 4 take to complete?

With a solid build and no detours, all three tasks are achievable in under an hour. The Control Point capture is the quickest, typically wrapping in 5 to 10 minutes. True Sons bounties run 10 to 15 minutes each depending on difficulty. Jefferson Trade Center is the longest commitment, averaging 20 to 30 minutes on standard difficulty.

Running Jefferson Trade Center on the lowest difficulty completes the task, but the loot quality drops noticeably. If you're farming for gear, match the difficulty to your build's capability.

Tips for finishing Scout 4 efficiently

  • Do the Control Point first. It's the fastest task and warms you up for the bounty runs.
  • Check the full bounty map before fast-traveling anywhere. True Sons availability shifts, and the closest option isn't always in East Mall.
  • Use matchmaking for Jefferson Trade Center if your build is undertuned. The mission is completable solo, but a second agent speeds things up significantly.
  • Save your best consumables for Jefferson Trade Center rather than burning them on bounties.
