Glowworm Bait is the most direct route for a planned catch in this Roblox fishing game. Your other options depend on owning a restricted rod or being online for the right event. Choose your route based on what you can access, especially if you need Glowy for a particular fish or quest.

Where to find Glowworm Bait
Glowworm is a Secret Bait. You can collect it through the following routes:
- Bug Trees in the Lost Jungle: Gather Glowworm Bait from these trees when you are deliberately building a supply.
- Personal Aquarium: Glowworm has a 0.5% chance of being obtained from your aquarium.
- Tropical Toucan: Keep this companion equipped while fishing to help obtain Glowworm Bait.
The Lost Jungle is the place to visit for the tree-based route. The aquarium and companion give you other ways to collect bait while continuing your usual activities.

How to use Glowworm for Glowy
Prepare your target before selecting the bait:
- Choose the fish you want to catch, including any species named in your quest requirement.
- Travel to that fish's fishing location and equip a suitable rod.
- Select Glowworm in your bait inventory before casting.
- Land the fish to receive the bait's Glowy mutation effect.
The guarantee covers the mutation, not the species you hook. Glowworm does not turn an unrelated catch into the fish your quest requests, so choose your fishing location before committing to this method.
Use Noctone if you already own it
Check whether the rod is available to you
Noctone was given to players who originally owned the Axe of Rhoads before its removal. Outside a wishing event, players who do not already own Noctone cannot obtain it.
Check your rod inventory before planning around this route. A wishing event is the exception to its restricted availability, not a standard shop purchase or quest unlock.
Fish with Noctone equipped
Equip Noctone and fish for your target species. Its mutation chance applies to caught fish, so an ordinary catch is a possible outcome even when you are using the correct rod.
This method suits repeated fishing sessions when you want to preserve your Glowworm supply. It trades the bait's certainty for a rod-based chance on your catches.
If Noctone is unavailable and you want a separate rod-based mutation goal, Fisch's Xorcist Rod has its own quest unlock. It is not a substitute for Noctone when your objective is Glowy.

Watch for the event announcement
Check server announcements for the exact name HEAVENLY SPARKLES. Fish while that event is active to use its Glowy mutation chance.
Continue catching fish during the event if this is your chosen route. Several catches without Glowy are possible because the event rolls for the mutation instead of guaranteeing it.
Can you start the event yourself?
You cannot summon HEAVENLY SPARKLES yourself. It can only be triggered globally by admins, unlike the player-triggered setup for spawning a Cursed Storm in Fisch.
Treat this route as an opportunity when the event appears. Do not delay a required Glowy catch waiting to start it on demand.
Get the most value from Glowy
Glowy applies an 8x sell value multiplier and makes the fish glow while emitting circular particles. The mutation is not limited to an event, even though one of its obtainment methods requires an Admin Event.
Reserve Glowworm for fish with high base values when your goal is earning currency. The same multiplier adds more sell value to an expensive catch than to a cheaper one.
For a different mutation objective built around crafting, work toward the Toxinburst Rod for Fisch's Noxious mutation.
Keep any Glowy fish needed for a quest before selling the rest. Check both the requested species and mutation before handing in or selling your catch.
